Falls are a leading cause of death and serious injury in the construction industry," said David Nelson, OSHA's area director in Englewood. "We are determined to hold negligent employers accountable when they put their workers needlessly at-risk."
OSHA fines roofer and home service contractor, JD Vigil Home Services Incorporated, and Big Valle Roofing $61,731 for ignoring fall risks to workers at a Colorado Springs work site.
